The minimum clearance required above the structural opening is:

OPENING HEIGHT up to 2135mm - HEADROOM REQUIRED 430mm

OPENING HEIGHT up to 2440mm - HEADROOM REQUIRED 450mm

OPENING HEIGHT up to 2750mm - HEADROOM REQUIRED 450mm

OPENING HEIGHT up to 3000mm - HEADROOM REQUIRED 470mm

NB* 2135mm High doors wider than 3400mm will require 450mm of headroom

Doors upto 3400mm wide require 90mm each side of the opening plus an additional 20mm on the side the motor fits.

Doors over 3400mm wide require 150mm each side of the opening plus an additional 20mm on the side the motor fits.
