GLIDERMATIC GTS OPTIMA FEATURES

GTS Optima Powerhead - Boasting unparalleled styling the GTS Optima is a must for any home. Within its sleek and contemporary chrome/white exterior exists a highly powerful motor assembly. The 1000N DC motor and heavy-duty 175VA transformer will effortlessly operate large residential one-piece or sectional doors. A durable toothed belt and 24V low voltage motor will ensure whisper quiet operation at all times (a three pin power point is required).

GTS Optima Fully Enclosed Steel Shaft - The fully enclosed steel shaft will ensure that working parts are not exposed and remain out of harms way. The shafts low profile and OPTIMA mounting brackets ensure it can be installed into most minimal headroom situtions.

GTS Optima Installation - The Gliderol GTS OPTIMA can be fitted to most new and existing one-piece or sectional doors. Because of the minimal number of parts required, installation is quick and trouble free. The unit is fixed above the centre of the door parallel to the ceiling and plugged into an owner supplied powerpoint in the ceiling.

Safety Reversing - The GTS OPTIMA will automatically reverse should an obstruction restrict the downward movement of the door, in the case where the door is obstructed on the upward cycle your GTS OPTIMA will immediately stop the door movement.



Soft Start / Soft Stop - The Glidermatic GTS OPTIMA incoporates a built in feature which allows slow take off with ramp up speed to then slow at the end of travel ensuring no unneccessary strain of components and whisper-quiet opening and closing.

Environmental Friendly LED Lighting - Will illuminate your garage when the GTS Optima unit is activated. This energy efficient lighting system will illuminate the garage for up to ninety seconds enabling you to drive into an illuminated garage at night.

Power Activation Sensors - Your Glidermatic GTS OPTIMA unit will at all times regulate and automatically adjustthe power of the motor to open and close the door in the most efficient manner.

Automatic Closing - The Glidermatic GTS OPTIMA can be set to automatically close after 90 seconds if so desired.

Manual Release - In the case of a power failure the door may be operated in manualmode by the simple activation of the manual release cord. Activating the transmitter will re-engage automatic mode when the power supply is restored.

Low Maintenance - Glidermatic GTS OPTIMA uses hard wearing nylon gearing mechanisms which will ensure long life with limited maintenance and no lubrication required.

GTS Transmitter - The state of the art 3 button mini transmitter can operate up to 3 doors or 2 doors and a gate or home alarm system setting. The UHF transmitter is generally line of sight operation, which is highly recommended for your personal safety. An additional feature of the handset is the facility to use the handset to set the up and down door limits.
