During this phone call we will arrange a specific time for the delivery of your roller garage door. This way, you won’t be disturbed by the unexpected calling of our delivery men and you can also negotiate a time which will best suit you.  From the time you put in your order, either by phone or by email, you only have to wait from 10 to 20 days for your exciting new purchase to be delivered.

All we ask of you is that you are kind enough to help our driver with unloading the doors. As we’re sure you can appreciate, the doors you will be ordering will be fairly heavy and will certainly be too large for one delivery man to safely handle by himself. Thus, in order to ensure the swiftest delivery for you it would be great if you could assist our driver. This way you get your doors and we can send the driver on his way to delivering more doors to homes up and down the country.

Once you’ve got the doors, it’s important that you store them properly.  It is an obvious statement but roller doors can obviously be very heavy and thus, if you don’t take proper care of them from the outset, you could inflict damage on them. There’s no point spending lots of money on a state-of-the-art, beautiful new facade for your garage only to damage it once you’ve finally got it in your clutches. 

Please store your door on a suitable flat surface, possibly the floor of your garage for the time being, and this will take the weight of the door and help keep it in tip-top condition. Putting the door on an uneven surface may cause damage to the structure or the paintwork of the door.
